I keep thinking about the importance of silence. There is just as much, if not more information that is revealed to us when we stop for a moment and listen. Rather than add to the constant noise that surrounds us, perhaps we might listen to what is not being said.

Are we born already knowing everything,

only to have forgotten it all?

That would mean our lives are spent chasing forgotten knowledge,

as we try to remember what we once knew.

Sometimes I get restless,

so I look for something undefined.

Determination breaks down obstacles.

When attempts at flight fail,

I find a boat.

I wonder if that is how the man on the moon feels.
