MV yarn store through the eyes of Olivia

The Field Gallery on Martha's Vineyard

It always amazes me how what once was lifeless stone

can be transformed into an expressive form.

Then my thoughts take over

and I turn to stone.

A temporary sculpture,

a part of the park,

that is what I become

even if only for a moment.

Object Observations

^There comes a time when the surface area of the cake is insufficient for the number of candles required.

My sister pointed out how strange it is to be selling seashells ...and on an island!?!

I'm sorry, but this design is sort of lame. Who wants rubber ducks coming out of their ears?

What are you looking at?

How can you tell if you are living a fairy tale?

Most think fairy tales are predictable,

but I don't think it's that way if you're living one.

The characters don't already know the story,

so their experiences are limited to the smaller picture.

-the happy ending sneaks up on them-

So my theory is this: If I pretend to live in a fairy tale and believe that I will have a happy ending, then that makes the dragon fighting more bearable.
